WAFER TYPE SWING CHECK VALVE

WAFER TYPE SWING CHECK VALVE

The wafer type swing check valve is a versatile valve that is commonly used in piping systems to prevent backflow of fluid. It comes in a size range of 2″-20″ and can be made from either carbon or stainless steel. The valve’s end connections are wafer type, which means it can be easily installed between flanges. The disc material is also made of either carbon or stainless steel, which makes it durable and resistant to corrosion. These valves are widely used in industrial applications, such as in the oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries, where they play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of piping systems.

Features

  • Reduced with dimensions, perfect seal
  • Wide range of materials for various applications
  • Very low-pressure drops
  • Fully traceable materials
  • The valve is lighter, smaller and therefore less expensive both to install and to maintain than conventional check valve
  • The short face-to-face dimensions allows it to be installed easily between standard flanges
  • It has no flanges but fits between the flanges and fasteners
  • Service Application: Hydraulic, Chemical, Steam, Oil/Gas, Oxygen, Vacuum
  • Wafer type suit flange ANSI 150, JIS 10k, DIN PN16/PN40
