The grease concentrator has the function of separating water from grease, oils, etc. The water is introduced through the inlet flanged connection where it is uniformly distributed, favoring the
grease separate and rise to the surface of the water.
By means of a system of scrapers mounted on a mechanism of toothed wheels and acetylene chains (or stainless steel, on request) they are evacuated through the discharge chute. While this process is taking place, the clean, grease-free water from the bottom is routed through a siphon system to the outlet flanged connection.
