Its technology is based on the synchronized rotation of oval discs between 1 mm slots on a stainless-steel grid. This dynamic prevents clogging, eliminates the need for frequent washing, and ensures continuous, stable operation with a high solids-handling capacity.
Operational Flexibility
The Oval Disc Thickener can operate with or without the addition of chemicals, allowing adjustment to different effluent types and process characteristics. Whenever applicable, it can integrate pre-treatments or complementary solutions, ensuring maximum efficiency with high mobility.
Low Operating Cost
Manufactured entirely in AISI 304, it offers high robustness. It can be equipped with an integrated flocculation tank, making it suitable for processes that require enhanced separation performance.

Control and Automation
The system includes an electrical control panel that allows managing equipment feeding and flocculant dosing either autonomously or integrated into a global process.
