The Check Ball Valve is specially designed for wastewater, sewage, and sticky fluid applications.

  • The rubber ball is fully encapsulated for superior sealing and corrosion resistance.
  • Horizontal or vertical installation.
  • Low noise.
  • 100% seal to 0.3 bar
  • Epoxy paint 250 micron RAL 5015.

  • Design: BS5153, EN 1074-3.
  • Distance between faces: EN 558-1 Series 48.
  • Flange mounting: PN10 / 16 EN 1092-2, ISO 7005-2.
  • Pressure test: EN 12266-1 Rate A.
  • Body: 24 bar. Seat: 11 bar.
  • EU Directive 2014/68 / EU Pressure Equipment: Cat. III mod H.

Working conditions:

  • Maximum working pressure: 16 bar.
  • Working temperature: – 5 °C / + 90 °C.
  • Suitable media: water.
