Static Inline Mixers with solid PTFE removable mixing elements and PTFE lined carbon steel housing for corrosive duties in all industries. Also available with optional separate PTFE/PFA injection or sample tees. Can be supplied with a choice of different PTFE-lined housings including painted carbon steel, stainless steel or others.

Superior mixture qualities achievable Designed to achieve a Coefficient of Variation (CoV) of 0.05 or less by the discharge of the mixing elements for miscible systems – meaning you can take a representative sample at the downstream end of the mixer.

MATERIALS TO SUIT YOUR REQUIREMENTS

All Statiflo Series 300 Static Mixers will have pure PTFE mixing elements and a PTFE lined housing. Housing shells available in painted carbon steel, stainless steel or other if required.
