GRP FRP STATIC MIXER

Corrosion resistant GRP/FRP, large diameter (+250mm) mixers with fixed elements for corrosive applications in the water, wastewater, desalination and pulp & paper industries. Flanges supplied as standard and available with optional injectors and sample points.

Supplied with fixed STL elements (Series 500) or fixed STM elements (Series 550), with adjustable element geometry to meet your specific
maximum headloss or maximum overall length requirements.

Diameters from as small as DN250 (10”) with no theoretical upper limit.

SUPERIOR MICTURE QUALITIES ACHIEVABLE

Superior mixture qualities achievable Designed to achieve a Coefficient of Variation (CoV) of 0.05 or less by the discharge of the mixing elements for miscible systems – meaning you can take a representative sample at the downstream end of the mixer.

Available with optional injection lances and/or sample branches.
