STAINLESS STEEL WRAPAROUND G-FLEX REPAIR COUPLING

The G-Flex Repair Coupling is ideal for situations where a permanent repair of a pressure pipeline is required.

Permanent Pressure Pipe Repair

Simply open up the coupling, wrap it around the damaged pipe and tighten the bolts. The pipe is repaired within minutes, thereby avoiding costly downtime. Being internally rubber lined and manufactured from Stainless Steel, the G-Flex Repair Coupling exhibits excellent corrosion resistance.

Superior Pressure Rating

G-Flex Repair Couplings offer the highest pressure rating of any wrap around pipe repair clamp or coupling. Traditional Stainless Steel Pipe Repair Clamps (such as the Ultra Clamp) are unable to match the working pressure rating of a G-Flex Repair Coupling.

FULLY RESTRAINED REPAIR COLLAR

KLINGER’s repair collar is a fully restrained joint for metallic pipework, no need to dig up and disturb the pipe, simply install it around the leaking joint.

Application

For the Repair of:

• Leaking Bell & Spigot Pipe Joints
• Leaking AC or GRP Pipe Collars
• Leaking Couplings.

Repair Collars are made to order offering a quick and economical method of repairing leaking pipe joints. Creating a flexible joint that uses the same sealing principles as a standard mechanical coupling. Repair Collars offer massive savings to the pipeline operator as the pipeline need not be emptied or cut in order to install the product to make the repair. Repair Collars are installed directly over the leaking joint or coupling without removing the existing leaking joint or coupling.

STAINLESS STEEL ARMOUR PLATED ULTRA CLAMP

The Ultra Clamp Series is a comprehensive range of stainless steel pipe repair clamps for rigid pipe materials.

Permanent Repair

Ultra Clamps are available in various clamp lengths from 150 to 1200mm wide. They are suitable for virtually any pipe material. Ultra Clamp products from DN40mm and greater are supplied as full circumferential repair clamps, complete with a stainless steel armour plate vulcanized into the rubber seal at the time of moulding. Ultra Clamps are constructed from 100% stainless steel and therefore offer a permanent repair for many types of pipe damage such as cracks, holes and corrosion pitting. Special sizes and widths, and fast manufacturing for urgent breakdowns are available on request. They should not be used to join pipes.

Rapid installation in poor site conditions, made easy with simple, ‘flip-over’ action and self retaining bolts.
