KLINGER EXPERT – GASKET SOFTWARE CALCULATION

KLINGER Expert is a versatile software developed for the calculation and selection of sealing gaskets, with the main goal of eliminating errors in the choice of compressed fibre sheets and in the application of torque.

Developed by KLINGER in Austria, the program identifies the most suitable product for each application, taking into account equipment data, operating conditions, and the interaction between different models under the specified conditions.

Based on information previously defined by the user, the software performs a search and presents the most appropriate compressed fibre sheet for the situation. In addition, it allows the evaluation of whether it is necessary to change the bolt material, the tightening torque, or the operating conditions.

In this way, it is possible to select, among the various sealing gasket options, the most suitable material for each need with high precision.
