DAMPER VALVES
Light-construction fabricated damper valves for low pressure and high temperature gas/air flow diverting, isolation or regulation. Wide variety of different designs: butterfly damper, louver damper, multiple diverter damper, guillotine damper, stack damper, etc. With multiple construction materials and for diverse applications such as power generation systems, gas cleaning systems, cement plants, stack isolation, etc.
BUTTERFLY DAMPER
Flange mounted butterfly damper for gas regulation/control and isolation
Regulating or isolating round butterfly damper. Normally with one single disc on a central shaft and optionally with multiple interconnected blades.
Available with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or manual actuator.
Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (95% -100 %).
Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at high temperatures (600ºC).
Applications in cogeneration plants, waste heat recovery systems.

MULTIPLE DIVERTER DAMPER
T-shape or 3-way round and square section flange mounted multiple diverter damper for gas regulation/control, diverting and isolation
3 way damper with one inlet and 2 outlets. Each outlet port has a butterfly or louvre damper, normally mechanically interlocked, so that as one port opens the other closes.
The 3 way damper can control, distribute or isolate gas flow.
Available with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or manual actuator.
Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (95% -100 %).
Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at high temperatures (600ºC).
Applications in cogeneration plants, waste heat recovery systems.

MULTIPLE DIVERTER DAMPER DATASHEET (EN)
LOUVER DAMPER
One or multiple louver rectangular section flange mounted louver damper for gas regulation/control and isolation
Rectangular regulating or isolating damper. Options include a single louver on a central shaft or multiple interconnected louvers, depending on the size of the damper.
Available with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or manual actuator.
Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (95% -100 %).
Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at high temperatures (600ºC).
Applications in cogeneration plants, waste heat recovery systems.

GUILLOTINE DAMPER
Round and square/rectangular section flange mounted guillotine damper for gas isolation
Circular or rectangular isolating damper with shut-off system by means of a sliding gate.
Available with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or manual actuator.

DIVERTER DAMPER
3-way square/rectangular section flange mounted diverter damper for gas regulation/control, diverting and isolation
3 way damper with one inlet and 2 outlets. Gas deviation to either outlet is achieved using a single flap mounted on an internal shaft.
The gas diverter can control, distribute or isolate gas flow.
Available with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or manual actuator.
Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (95% -100 %).
Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at high temperatures (up to 750ºC).
Applications in cogeneration plants, waste heat recovery systems.

STACK DAMPER
One or two blade/flap flange mounted stack damper for gas isolation
To minimize heat loss from the boiler and to prevent the ingress of rain water. A wide range of stack isolating dampers with stacks from 300mm diameter to in excess of 7 m.
The stack isolating damper can be of the butterfly, twin louver, multilouver or twing flap design and can incorporate an automatic pressure relieving system to prevent over pressurization and damage to the turbine or boiler.
THREE LEVER VALVE
Face closing flange mounted three lever valve for gas isolation
Round-port isolating valve actuated by a three-lever system that rotates the disc through 90º.
Rugged fabricated construction can withstand pressures up to 40 bar, depending on dimensions, and temperatures up to 300ºC.
Various sealing systems available to provide up to 100% tightness.
Available with pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuator.
Applications in steel plants, power generation, chemical industry, etc.

GOGGLE DAMPER
Special guillotine design round section 100% tight goggle damper for gas isolation in maintenance operations
Goggle Dampers are designed as a safety device for gas transport installations to provide a completely thight seal during maintenance. Thy can handle gases with differential pressures up to 200mbar, temperatures up to 200ºC and dust concentrations of up to 1000mg/Nm3.
The Goggle Dampers have specially designed retractable seats. The seats allow axial movement of the damper into the open or closed position thanks to the incorporation of two metallic belows in the valve discs. All damper actuation is hydraulic.
The Goggle Dampers can be bonneted in order to guarantee zero emissions of gas to the atmosphere while the damper is being operated.
The dampers are ATEX certified.
