The LDP is an equipment designed for sludge dewatering, while also being able to operate as a mechanical thickening system. Its design incorporates two distinct zones, engineered to optimize process efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first zone, the filter discs have wider spacing, which favors the initial extraction of water and promotes sludge thickening. In the second zone, the spacing is progressively reduced and the pressure increased, enabling higher dry solids content in the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to this configuration, the system allows direct dewatering from aeration tanks, ensuring high performance levels without compromising treatment efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oval Disc Thickener\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Designed for solid-liquid separation, it can perform screening, thickening, and dewatering functions. The continuous and synchronized rotation of oval discs ensures a self-cleaning operation, reducing downtime and maintenance needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be used in various applications and industries. Its universal design allows it to operate as a simple thickener for waste and effluents with concentrations from 0.5% to 10%. The slot openings can be adjusted according to the treatment purpose, offering great adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DAF \u2013 Dissolved Air Flotation Units<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Engineered for maximum efficiency, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units operate in counterflow, discharging sludge at the system inlet. This design ensures better solids retention, while the high concentration of microbubbles provides process stability, avoiding performance losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a venturi-type pressurization system, compressed air is used optimally, reducing energy consumption by up to 50%. Recirculation pumps allow solids passage up to 20 mm, preventing blockages and increasing process reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process is based on attaching microbubbles of air to solid particles, making them lighter and quickly lifting them to the surface, where they are efficiently removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
