Stainless steel submersible mixers with direct drive
FEATURES
Robust stainless steel mixer made entirely of stainless steel cast and thus
particularly suitable for use in corrosive liquids. Compact design by direct drive
for installation in buildings with small space available. Suitable for installation
on the basin floor due to small propeller diameters. Further mounting possibilities
via system dependent lowering device in pump shafts and at basin walls.
The production from high-quality components as well as standard monitoring
devices within the stainless steel mixer ensure long service life and a high
process reliability.
APPLICATION
Mixing, Agitating, Dissolving, Sludge homogenisation, Stormwater tanks,
Suspension of sediments or swimming covers also in pump pits, Mixing of
chemicals and high, viscosity liquids, Fishfarming, Flow generation, Cooling
basins.
INSTALLATION
Installation and lifting device for individual mixer positioning and vertically
adjustable.
SHAFT/BEARING
Robust, maintenance-free, permanently lubricated deep groove ball bearings/-
double row angular contact ball bearings.
SEALS
The shaft seal with two mechanical seals (back to back) made from corrosion-resistant SiC/SiC, combined with two additional radial shaft sealing rings,
which run on the carbon coated propeller hub, guarantee Optimum protection
against the ingress of media and solids.
